All B2B systems are tangled together in some way, but add in the problem of eCommerce with myriad user types and watch the complexities increase exponentially. In this project, I helped simplify user flows and designed a clearer path to job completion.
Designing in a System
Large businesses often accumulate a set of sites, portals, designs, and applications that feel disconnected from one another. In this project, I helped unify disparate branding and create a reusable design system that could flex to meet the needs of different users and reduce the overhead on future digital projects
Ordering Portal
A client’s health supply ordering portal, created just a few years ago, already felt outdated and incomplete. For this project, I worked closely with our strategic team to restructure and redesign the portal to work for and with all types of users.
Event Microsite
Our client was gearing up for the biggest event since the COVID-19 pandemic, and they wanted to make a big splash. They also needed an exciting site that hit high accessibility standards - cue the rounds of review and more than a few compromises.
